Data Persistence and Storage

The 1TX text editor is designed to store your content in your browser's local storage. Browser local storage can be cleared by browser updates, user actions, device settings, operating system processes, private or incognito browsing sessions, storage pressure mechanisms, or other factors entirely beyond the control of the 1TX operators. The 1TX operators make no guarantees whatsoever regarding the persistence, durability, recoverability, or integrity of any content stored through the 1TX text editor. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any content you consider valuable.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE OPERATORS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE, WHICH IS ZERO.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operators, owners, developers, affiliates, licensors, and contributors of the 1TX text editor from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1TX text editor, your content, your reliance on any functionality of the service, or your violation of these terms.
